Did you know that it used to be that overweight models were extremely popular because of the rolls and creases. It’s because if the artist could capture all of that in a way that looks realistic, they were extremely good in what they did. Same for painting and drawing privates, specifically the male’s privates because of the skin folds and stuff like that. The ideal shape has also changed quite a bit because of the times, back then, women who had more curves were the standard of beauty and even status because only rich people could afford to buy enough food to become overweight whereas now, our cheap fast foods make us overweight easier and only those rich enough to afford healthy food can easily be “normal” weight. My how times have changed 😂
