I had an amazing chat with RA Israel Jebasingh (IAS - 2004 Batch & Founder and Director, Officers IAS Academy) and Deepuk Sukumar (Vice President and Faculty, Officers IAS Academy) and gained valuable insights.

The 30 yr old dentist is Mittali Sethi I guess . She is just not general dentist she is also a pedodontist ( kids dentist). She prepared for her exams and got through govt college chennai for her post graduation. Then she took these exams to become IAs. She become a mother of twins just few months back

Aananthi akka I'm also an upsc aspirants, i came into this field only with wish to become an IAS officer and very limited knowledge about it, it took an year for me to understand what is upsc process, nook and corner of this. Good initiative guys great going! I heard some patterns are going to change not sure its a rumor or its true.I feel the way we learn from 5th std if we change it helps. Probably it's their passion to bring a change in society. Small small initiatives can bring a change in society and moreover risk is everywhere there is a movie up in the air. Where a separate team works to fire people including those who served for 30+ years.
