Wow. I can’t believe it... I started doing Balisong around a year ago and I remember one of my friends who were doing it with me showed me this trick. I thought it was amazing! So I said to myself that I’m going to try my best to learn this trick. And after learning many rollovers and many tricks later I started to get into comboing. I’m quite good at it now especially when I self taught myself comboing. Recently I learnt Behind The 8 Ball thinking that this would help me learn Helix. And it sure did! After a year of hard work and commitment, I have done it! Just now I have mastered the Helix! And it’s all thanks to you Artsea. Thank you so much for helping me throughout this journey and I really enjoy your content. Keep it up 👍

Ok now I get why I can’t make the transition to the zen roll. You literally just replace your index finger with the thumb. Plus the way you explain the angling makes a night and day difference! Thank you for this 👍
And btw you are absolutely gorgeous lol

@@hesh_monster ??? Why? Artsea has taught me everything I know and is a fantastic guide. So why are you telling them to go to a separate channel, when OvlSzn seems to already be enjoying this channel. Not that I'm dissing on Big flips, they are very skilled, and it's great to view separate channels, as they may have tutorials this one doesn't but this one has custom tricks, and such, things you couldn't learn elsewhere, so please, stop treating this channel as if it's not as good as the others because Artsea and all the other channels are fantastic flippers. Never say one is better than the other unless they literally stabbed someone in the eye and call themselves advanced.

@@hxney_bee962 lmao i commented that like 9 months ago and i can see where your coming from... personally i think this is a pretty good channel however when i was first starting a few years back i found the directions on this channel kind of confusing and found big flips a lot more helpful and a lot less confusing. not sure why i made my previous comment so passive lmao, if i were to restate that i would say, “yeah this channel makes some good tutorials, however if you get confused with any tricks or steps i would recommend checking out big flips youtube video for it”.

I watched a few tutorials on this and let me just say thank you. The others didn't explain that you should do the Y2k horizontally to keep the momentum. I learned it vertically and so that's how I tried to do it and I couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting the transition right

Welcome back from Africa and I honestly agree that learning the Behind the 8 Ball does help learning the Helix. Personally, I feel like the Behind the 8 Ball is probably one the most important intermediate moves since taught me to use momentum to do rollovers without starting closed or in the pen grip. But that's just me. But again, it's nice to have you back from Africa.
