I do lyft and the security in Vegas rich area's is ridiculous. I guarantee you'd have go through at least 2 gated area's(where take liscense plate # and copy id)before reach house and most likely the guards are armed too.

The ridges in summerlin only other place I've been to that has house's as incredible as this one.
Can you imagine all the dust that will get inside a home like this? Especially since the neighborhood just seems to be 30% done contruction. Open indoor/outdoor living like that with no walls seperating in a area with plenty of construction.. yeez
Talking from experience , it lets every creepy crawling into your home, including lost birds , cats and you can't use your A/C when open . It was a feature that quickly lost its wow factor Oh and your right , makes your home a b*tch to keep clean.
