Coaching at Manchester United and Brighton, the importance of club identity and player recruitment

I feel like The owners of Coaches voice should come up with something for the players,( like a "players voice" ) to motivate & hear the stories of professional players.

So not to bash them, but they all gave answers of feeding ideas, pathways, etc that would hype up, boost the the young players ego, etc. “We want you because you WILL develop into a key role for our side” literally each one said that to them. None of them hinted at anything less for the player. Only does harmful things for player’s mentality when they don’t make it, don’t play as often as they were promised, or integrated when promised, etc. Think that’s what’s wrong with football these days. Hyping up a big dream, not being honest, etc. Not saying any of these people are ruthless or anything, just something to think about.

Players can always play for lesser teams, I feel now they should know it won't be easy, we as coaches can promise things but the player needs to keep up their end of the bargain and also a lot of luck when it comes to injuries and things like that
