BSP UK Practice Guidelines for the Treatment of Periodontitis Step 3

To assist members and the wider dental community in interpreting the guidelines, the BSP carefully planned and created educational resources to support the profession. A series of four educational webinars followed the publication of the paper.
Presented by Professor Nikos Donos, the Step 3 webinar addresses the following aims:
1. To become familiar with the S3 clinical guidelines of the third step of periodontal therapy in relation to treatment of sites not responding to the second step of periodontal therapy.
2. To discuss management of periodontal defects (intrabony and furcation defects) with different flap procedures (access /respective flaps) and regenerative procedures.
