Vcha was formed on a survival show called A2K (America to Korea: where JYP went to America to audition girls between 12 & 18 to form an American global girl group trained in the kpop system). Their pre-debut content is performances by the final lineup group to the songs from the survival show that created this group. Ready For the World was the theme song from A2K. These girls are 14 to 18 (Kaylee - 14, KG - 16, Kendall & Savanna - 17, & Camila & Lexus(Lexi) - 18). Auditions were held throughout America in mid to late 2022. The show “boot camps” were filmed in early 2023. They have been training in Korea since early 2023 and officially debuted in Jan 2024. They are now based out of Los Angeles.
