I never could find this album back then in the earlier 2000s when I was listening to Agent Orange a lot. They always make it onto any sort of musical collection I make (I have cds of Living in Darkness and This is the Voice) but I never heard this album until today. I just forgot about it I guess. The only reason why I'm here is because a girl at work loved my Bad Religion shirt and then she mentioned this band among others. I was super impressed. She's like the coolest girl I ever met lol and then I was buying beer yesterday at a local convenience store and a guy came in behind me and liked my T.S.O.L hat. He then mentioned he's seen all those bands like them and Agent Orange. Where the hell were these people/comments back then? I can't believe in the span of three weeks, two people mentioned liking this band to me.

one of the few bands from the early 80s LA punk scene, who are still alive, still together, and rocking as hard as ever. Had the pleasure of seeing them several years back in Portland Oregon.
Super solid late AO album. Epic as fuck. Mike Palm and gang still had it after long after their debut. This is the voice is one of the best albums ever. This one is behind living in darkness and the aforementioned TITV, but I was very please and surprised when Virtually Indestructible was released! Thanks for the upload! Cheers from Brazil.
Anyone looking for a physical copy of this DONT ORDER ONLINE. Wait and see them these guys have everything theyve ever released at every show i got it for 10 bucks
I dunno when I saw them live I remember feeling like they were gouging us with high prices. I was all set to buy some merch then just bought a pin because I wasn't going to pay the prices they wanted for their stuff. I get working musicians need to eat so I'm into buying from the bands but not when I would feel ripped off, it ruins the joy of wearing the shirt/hat/or whatever. I do agree though, don't buy online because its a sham to pay for something cheap that the band doesn't get shit for, well as much as it can be helped anyway.
I've been listening to this for a couple of years now, on the internet. Not available on Spotify. Best Album from Agent Orange since 1986. Better than, of course the live record. Love this great record from an absolutely great So California band!

@@kylecrutcher4588 it doesn't matter if the band skated, musically they are a fusion of punk and surf music. Songs like Miserlou and pipeline are classic surf songs, and surf is a defined music genre with its own style, scales, chord progressions, drum beats, etc, so basically it doesn't matter how someone feels about it, or if the band skated, if a band happened to love basketball and play all the time, we wouldn't call them "basketball punk" , rather we would categorize them based on the musical style.

I think they were trying to go for the grunge sound before grunge actually existed, but it doesn't work here. "This is the voice" has a great production, this album though has the crappiest snare drum sound ever, it ruins the whole album for me. The guitars and bass are pretty good sounding but too muddy and the kick drum is okay but needs a little more click to it. The songs are awesome, it is unfortunate that whoever engineered and mixed this recording is a stink butt and maybe the studio sucks too, with crappy microphones.
You have no idea what you're talking about. This is easily their best stuff since Living in Darkness. This is the Voice production was horrible. Turned down guitars, over produced heavy bass and drums. That album would have been great if the production was more like this album.
This is the voice have an awesome and outside the box production and I love it. Maybe a little emphasis on guitars could be good there. But I agree this album here could be much more polished. There are 4 tracks that are golden thou. The first 3 opening tracks and unsafe to any speed destroy.
This album has to be the most underrated masterpiece of rock music.
