That scene has become so iconic, that it appears on the new steelbox 4k release of the film
If that was near Soledad canyon, that's around the same area Steven Spielberg shot "Duel" IIRC
Ha I had a pair of those flashing light sunglasses. Think I may have gotten them at Knott's Berry Farm late 80's
