I haven’t watched this movie yet but with the title and context of the movie, this song seems to be conceptualised by keeping in my mind that when “Shiva dances whole world stops, including Vishnu-the sustainer of the world except for his ghanas beating drums or dancing along with him” just like here nobody moves when the actor dances, not his gang (including Rishabh) nor other people, not background artists, nobody, just nobody moves.
If director has done in that intention, then kudos to him🙏
