Fun fact, Medusa is technically an aunt of most Greek mythical beasts. For example: Cerberus, Lernaean Hydra, Chimera, Nemean Lion or even Sphinx. Most of them died to Heracles, lol.

Medusa saber have a good desing and she looks so good in gameplay, It makes me want to roll for her, but i guess that i have to pass Damn, i wish the rider medusa was so good as her saber version, i love the desing of rider medusa I also notice that you grail her to 104 so far, thats nice it seems that you like this version of her

If you mean the red guts . It's basically a gut that can't be activated more than one time per turn . So, no matter what you do, you will activate it once per turn, unlike the normal one where you can activate it multiple times per turn . You can say it stops you from advancing for a couple of turns . Hope i explained it well .
