First New Zealand autonomous shuttle debuts at Christchurch Airport

New Zealand’s first Smart Shuttle has had a warm welcome to the autonomous vehicle (AV) trial at Christchurch Airport. We and trial partner Ohmio launched the new autonomous, electric, 3D-printed vehicle and invited people to Ride The Future. More than 500 people took the ride over the first 10 days and the AV now moves to testing on private airport roads to help us understand what it could do on our campus.
