Those are the shooters of MP not MLA.
1. Each men of MLA are well aware with Pradhan, should not have asked for him.
2. MP wanted to defame MLA to restrict him from further elections.
3. They didn't kill Pradhan, that's just a warning (no personal angle bw Pradhan and MP). Shooters of MLA would have definitely killed him (as MLA said)

this show depicts the realistic characteristics of Indian villages... Irrespective of their differences, the villagers stand together united (as one tribe) against the outer threats.
BanRakhas and team did what Gandhi and his team did, "non-violence demonstration & fasting ..", & then they occupied power, whereas the contribution of revolutionaries died for the country remained ignored...
& it feels like the MLA is not the culprit - NO one misses a shot at a target in captivity... that was to instigate violence for political gain, most likely the smart parliamentarian who asked the MLA to step down -- coz considering the person in that role, the character is going to be an important gamechanger
I loved the journey of watching panchayat, all the 3 seasons with you. you made it so interesting by your reactions and in depth connection with all the characters, whether it was for loving Prahlad Cha , Vikash, Sachiv ji or hating Banrakas. i truely enjoyed each and every episode of it with you. I wish to continue doing the same for long and All I want to say that THANK YOU FOR DOING IT FOR US.

The guy who had a chat at the end with 'vidhayak' is a Member of parliament MP, it's like a congressman.
There are a lot of corrupt and bad individuals in the parliament. I am guessing the next season will be much more involved in politics with well connected people. It's gonna be fun.
My theory, the MLA probably let the MP know and put out a hit on pradhan, while the MLA says he didn't put the hit he is partially true.
But i also think the shooters were actually instructed to not kill but just threaten & injure them to show of whats coming.

25:00 We can see that Banrakas calls someone upon seeing Sachivji. Also, he's against murder but definitely wouldn't mind fractures and such. So, the hit on Pradhan ji was tipped off by Banrakas most probably but Pradhan ji was never meant to be killed.
It's sad that they had to translate "Phantom" to "Avenger" when both are foreign. But Indian consciousness has it more because of its comic strips in our village newspapers.
When pradhan,sachiv, vikas and praladh cha were at the temple before leaving the village, we can see bhusan was at tea shop and when he saw them he immediately took out his phone and call somebody,his expression seems like he's informing and giving an update. It must be MLA's new rented goons. 🤷♀️👊🏻
Actually not...I believe the makers put that scene deliberately to make us confused...there must be a plot twist
I think pradhan got an offer from MP for MLA position as the current MLA was becoming liability for the MP's politics because mla image has been downgraded with case and angee issue. Pradhan ji is ambitious so he took the offer and they planned the shooting act. That's why on the point blank range they shot on shoulder. But due to this sachiv who feels for pradhan is caught is jail due to fight. Now in next season i think we will see faveoff between pradhan ji and sachiv once he finds out that due to pradhan ji politics costed him his exam. Sachiv would clear exam but due to case he won't get admission in mba. I think ww will se mla's daughter and sachiv ji together and there will be a rift between pradhan, sachiv and so for rinki becuse sqchiv would be pissed and this will create a rift in rinki and sachiv relationship as well.
It did feel like MP ordered the hit and your assumption of the plot for next season looks interesting. But this will become a little dark. Panchayat makers have been known to keep the storyline simple. It looks unlikely they will opt for this.
Good theory but Pradhan's character is depicted as an old school honorable leader like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, low chance that Pradhan would use underhand tactics.
Season is already getting in dark shades. And pradhan ji wanted to become MLA as once told by manju devi. For his image in this only he made manju devi walk to panchayt ofc while she was hurt. And there are other instances too were we can see he is ambitious. In the last scene pradhan ji was contemplating the moves he made for getting shot. Because he now reliase may be becuase of his political ambition could cost sachiv ji his mba dream. Show is now exploring and showing the dark sides of village as they cannot show always happy side of village side.

Let's start mirzapur 3....totally blew me off..
You should definitely watch MIRZAPUR . People are saying that it is boring because it doesn't have Munna and it doesn't have the old vibe but it isn't that bad either. It is a bit slow but the last 2 episodes are mind blowing.
Here is a list of suspects and my opinion about them.
1. Bhushan - is an ambitious idiot, has lost face in front of literally the whole village, is desperate and holds a grudge against the whole panchayat crew. Also knows the first and biggest suspect, the MLA will take attention off of him.
2. MLA - Is connected, egotistical and spiteful - also has a lot to gain if Banrakas replaces Pradhanji
3. Pradhan himself - he is ambitious and can be conniving, but there is no chance in hell he'll ever put Prahlad, Vikas and Abhishek at risk to stay in power.
My money is on Bhushan/Banrakas - he probably used some idiot relatives from outside who might be brave enough amateurs.
