How to reach Nusa Penida from Bali

✨ Ferry departs from: Ferry departs from Bali to Nusa Penida, from the following locations.
🚤 Sanur is the most convenient port of departure because it is near tourist centers in Bali and there are plenty of operators. Takes about 45 minutes.
🚤 Kusamba has frequent service too but it sort of off the tourist route. Takes about 40 minutes.
🚤 Padang Bai is interesting for those who want to take their own vehicle to the island. The public car ferry service leaves from here but it is not very dependable.
▶️ So, we suggest taking the fast boat from Sanur.
At Nusa Penida:
There are 3 landing ports on Nusa Penida: Buyuk boat landing, Toya Pakeh boat pier (also referred to as Banjar Nyuh), and Sampalan boat landing, based on the ferry provider, the landing may differ.
⏰ Timings:
1st boat to Nusa Penida: 7 am
Last boat from Nusa Penida: 5 pm
✨ PRO TIP: Return tickets at more economical than a single journey fare.

There are boats for designated places, like a boat to Angel’s Billabong, so on and so forth, so based on your itinerary, you can select.
💡 Stay vs Day trip:
If you plan to explore the island well, it is recommended to stay and explore at your place. The island is best and too beautiful to rush as a day trip there.
