Panasonic HCX1500 4k/60p Skateboarding RAW Footage

- This camera was so fun to shoot with! Small and light but packed a huge punch! It fit right into my camera bag along with all of my other gear which made it extremely nice for skating around town with it in my backpack. All of this footage was shot in the summer of 2021.
I used a RODE Videomic Pro for the audio of all of these shots.
No color correction was done in post. This is straight from the camera.

Hi, did you record 4k 30fps internal or 4k 60fps with external recording ? I ask because in description they say that you need an external device for 4k 60fps

Hello, may I ask which special official software can be used to import the video recorded by Panasonic HC-X1500 into the computer? Copying directly with a card reader I am afraid that the long video will be split into multiple files by 2G each.
Nope thats happen just if your disc is formated to the FAT32, format it to the exFAT and you can made thousands gigabites video. Od use directly SSD in computer, thats NTFS disc.
Hi!!! I recently bought that camera but when I use an external mic it has the hiss sound so loud even if I turn the db down. Which settings did you have?

I would think there is but honestly I haven't looked into it at all.
The opteka 62mm 0.3x fisheye does go on. But you need to add a 10+ macro filter with it and a small spacer or two as it doesn’t focus close enough. You do lose a good bit of quality with it. I had to add some rails and a support for the lens and some weights on the back to counterbalance it.
@@matthines2002 I never thought someone would get the same set up as me. I bought the camera and lens thinking it would be the perfect set up but am so bummed how much quality you lose with it. I use 2 different macro filters and spacers to get it looking right with the vignetting but it doesn't compare to the quality without. I wonder if they'll make something better for it?
@@JhetFilms Yeah its pretty annoying. I would try just 1+10 macro lens plus two 4.5m spacers, 1 on each side of the macro. I had to glue the front one on as the thread was really small. Ive tried a load of different +10 macros and they have all been not great so back to a cheep one. I was shooting the other day and it might seem if shot with the iris open and use the ND filters (i have AGC in auto) it seemed a bit better. Also the weight of the fisheye I had to use a Small Rig set up to get support for the lens plus be able to add a good bit of weight on the back to counter balance it. Also the vig is pretty high but adding a 103% crop in post helps. The latest video i have on my channel has a few fisheye clips and it looks ok. It far from how i would have liked it to be thou.

its struggles with Low light conditions.
