no joke. I have boar that live on the back of my properly(no where near the house) and I dont go out there unless I'm carrying at lease a shotgun with slugs. They're fast, hard to see in the woods and had to put down.
100% they're tough bastards. I've seen boar hunting spears from the middle ages. A lot of them have a really wide cross-guard, which are designed to stop the boar pushing is way up the spear shaft **after its been stabbed**. These things are relentless. Another fun fact: boars give off about two liters when they come. Good to know 💪

Here in Hawaii we got plenty. It’s kind of the only animal danger we have..I’ve seen them rip open hunting dogs stomach, flip over a 275lb 6ft5 hunter and a mother run into our cage repeatedly out of anger until the snout was barely hanging on

Boars are actually super dangerous and intimidating. Here in Europe, especially in southern Germany we have a lot of wild boars in the woods and you know, even if you have a gun (which you only have when you are a hunter) you don't fuck with boars
We have similar problems with wild boars here in certain parts of the United States. That’s why people are allowed to hunt them year round, and there’s no limit to how many they’re allowed to get and the methods they’re allowed to use.

I have the biggest respect for Riggs's boxing. He wasn't like other fighters that don't take the bully seriously, and stand there taking shots. He was slipping punches and had good counters. He didn't want that dude to even come close to landing clean. Legendary.

You know I actually had the chance to spar with Riggs. Never been hit that hard in my life and it was great. Dude is tough and a great guy. Really enjoyed working with him, and it was a great experience for me. Loved the episode too.

I’m a nurse, and in over a decade working in psychiatry, I’ve experienced things that would make this “bully” squeal like a pig. I’ve been stabbed (both with knives and syringes), head butted, bitten, had entire tables thrown at my head and have had to fight off a psychotic patient that actively tried to tear open my neck with his teeth to drink my blood. I’ve had to pull patients off of colleagues that ended up with fractured skulls, broken arms and bruises all over. All while trying to maintain communication and trust with those patients, limiting me in what I could do to defend myself. As someone that’s trained in fighting and sparred quite a bit in BJJ and boxing, I can confidently say that there are few people more dangerous than someone in full psychosis that can’t feel pain and believes he’s got nothing to lose. It can take six people to constrain 65kg man at that point. But sure, male “nurses” are soft, and not real men.
I work EMS and did psych as an aide years ago. Been stabbed had to sit on a guy ( me and 4 other guys) his meds weren't kicking in that was trying to kill me. Literally! Been assaulted several times in geri psych as well and as an EMS worker. Stay well,also have boxing,fighting and judo background! Stay safe,also worked a female psych unit that preg females weren't allowed on due to assaults on them with intent to cause miscarriages

Back in my Air Force days, my buddy and I would drive up to Phoenix and watch Joe Riggs fight in rage in the cage when he was 300+ lbs. It was crazy to see him fight Matt Hughes for the UFC strap at 170.
