Ingredients :-
Whipping cream - 1&1/4cups
Strawberries - 7 medium
Strawberry essence - 1 tsp
white chocolate -150 grams
some strawberries for garnish

Just a quick question- how many milliliters of the mousse does this make? Or how many millilitres are the desserts cups?
Dessert cup sizes are 200ml

You’re not supposed to whip the strawberry in, you have to fold it
Of course you can do that but it worked for me so…
