They would need a few other things of course but only existing for 5 years, literally having the name Lucifer Morningstar, some of Lucifers tricks that we see and of course the whole supernatural strenght and immortality thing would do it.
Basically if everything we see in the first season occurred and I was in the position of someone close to Lucifer like Chloe is then yeah. If I saw what Chloe had seen in season 1 I don't think I would have had too many doubts.

I just realised. When Lucifer showed his angel wings when he left, that was the first time Chloes actually seen them. Cause in the last episode of Season 3, she had her eyes closed.

Even after learning who he is? You have to understand her perspective.
She knows the person she has been in proximity with for these years, has been the best thing that ever happened to her.
But the person she learns that he is, from what she has been taught, is literally the culmination of evil personified. The Devil, the person that, when someone does something wrong, is the person that made them do it. He's the person that everyone throws their faults to as the cause, including HERSELF.
That's a very hard thing to get past. It's why most preacher kids never learn any other spiritual forms. It's why most people don't change careers after being in one for so long, or why most long time ex cons don't do anything but go back to prison.
Once something has been imprinted on you for long enough, it's very difficult to unlearn.......even if you know you should.......

One of the most epic tv love stories ever, in my opinion. They were meant to be and even though it was such a slow burn their relationship developed so much througout all the seasons. Even when they weren't together we know that they loved an deeply cared for each other. I miss them!

The show Lucifer is both comedic and serious, two polar opposites yet they made it turn into something golden. And they even ended a season so spectacular that’s it should be in the dictionary of how cliffhanger should ends. Both beautiful and sad.
Lucifer looks so uncomfortable on his throne in hell like dude imagine having to sit on a rock like that for eternity.
I don't think its boring at all, having your own world, demons to serve you, you can torture everyone at your will.

And it was in that moment that Lucifer realized that it didn't matter if he was an angel or the Devil, the only important thing was her love.

Everything about season 4 was just perfect! They truly love each other and just imagine the devil has been around forever and Chloe was his first love! All the people he’s slept with thousands if not hundred of thousands and he fell for her from the very first day just the moments they share
I kinda get Chloe's perspective. We, as the audience, know Lucifer's struggle to deal with the fact he is the Devil, and how he isn't all that humans make him to be. Chloe hasn't seen that side and only knows what she was told as a child and as an adult: the devil is evil and corrupts humans. Seeing Chloe struggle to accept him and then fully accept him was actually more interesting in my opinion

I think she is half human half angel. That will explain why his powers don't work on her and didn't work even before falling in love with each other. That will explain the ' God put her in Lucifer's path thing'.

@@AdhithyaChotu That's true, although she apparently forgot the color of his wings by Season 5! Remember the scene in 5x01(or 2) where Chloe is standing in the street, a car is bearing down on her, and an angelic figure with darker wings swoops in to rescue her?

I dunno, I really liked seasons 1-3 too. Somehow it felt like we were connected more to the side characters during those seasons, but season 4 somehow didn't do justice to Maze, Amenadiel or Linda in my opinion. It made them all feel more or less... stupid? at some point and although I much appreciate that Chloe and Lucifer's relationship progressed so far during this season, I still felt a bit of rush there. I really can't put my finger on it, but you can feel a certain change in the series once Netflix took the reins.
The special effects look better though! Especially on Lucifer himself! :D

They're gonna need to change something about Deckerstar if we want a happily ever after. Chloe's a mortal who will go to heaven. Lucifer's an angel forbidden from there. If nothign changes, after she dies they'll never see each other again.

It's actually good that the show uses such creepy music. Because most of it is emotional, funny and thrilling, but not the bone-chilling horror. So the music balances it, goosebumps!
