I'm sorry to say, my husband has met Big Jim and like him, liked the bows. Traditional for many years, he called the number for the bow company and was asking about a certain kinds of bow. A woman answered and said, "Well, we have so many kinds, look it up on your computer." Hubby said, "I don't have a computer." She said, "Well, better find someone who does and look it up that way." Hurt his feelings. He has ready cash and was ready to buy. What a shame. Gosh, if it were me, I look it up on the computer there and tell the inquirer. Does she not have a computer there? I fear she was just unwilling to take the time. Jim, we're sorry. Friendliness and service are not rocket science. Just takes some consideration. Be well. We just wanted you to know if that was your employee, she doesn't seem to care about a sale I guess. Onward!
I have never had an experience like that with Big Jim or his company. I do know that there was some changes in employees there lately so this may have been resolved. BigJims is world class and he has been nothing but amazing to myself and children
If I ever own a company, I want it to be like Big Jim's.
