What would you do with IMSI near you? Nothing.........
make a gsm bts who allow only this imsi, jam lte and 3G network, let connect the phone to the bts then catch all data you want

is this need an antenna?
If you have a good antenna, its will have a better coverage area. But using a default antenna of rtl-sdr is ok.
