My child also has ASD! Be easy on yourself and do it because you want to not because your “should” it really is step by step because I know that not everyday is the same but you can do it! ❤
I also have a child with Autism and I know it can be challenging but please please please don’t give up!! Just do a little each day and you will see big changes. I’m not sure how old your child is but I started with teaching my son how to be independent while he was very young and then we worked on his reading and math and speech and occupational therapy was a huge help too
My little brother is autistic as well and I really understand where you come from. Just like the others have said, don’t be too hard on yourself and keep trying. You’re doing the best you can 🥺💕
