Rotational grazing is good, but holistically managed grazing is better. Clue: it's not grass height you need to monitor. But y'all are running rings around setstocking.
How do you water stock when you fence off paddocks? Especially if there are no water source nearby?

You run lines to fixed or moveable waterpoints. It certainly pays for itself
