Wonderful insight on prayer Joyce! The Word of God is filled with instructions on how Christians can pray effectively. God used your ministry to instill so much into me as a new Christian. I can only imagine all the fruit that abounds to your account for what you've done in the lives of so many people around the world. Help me Lord with my struggle with doubt. I constantly list all of the areas in my life where I'm a working progress and lament over it.
But, remembering who Jesus is will help me be able to boldly go to the thrown & ask for what I believe in my heart is the will of The Lord.

i prayed one day for an opportunity to give a homeless person a blessing bag one day. i asked specifically for me to stop at a stop sign on the left lane and God did exactly that. another time i this winter i got stuck in the snow 2x and in less than 5-3 mins of asking God for help 5 men helped me and pulled the car out in less than 10 mins. God answers and listens to prayers!

This sermon literally answered my questions to God. I asked and I received through this. I will now not give up on my mission to raise money to help those suffering from addiction on the streets. The devil has been putting doubt in my mind and now I know God guided me to this sermon so I know the difference. The ugly and negative comments are truly unnecessary on here. Maria Acosta Except for curing cancer, or bringing back limbs of amputees. No prayer that requires a miracle has ever been shown to occur. Not one. Just excuses are what we get when we ask why the prayers weren't answered. So tell me why cancer still exists when there are literally millions of strong believers that have prayed to have it cured. Bible says god answers prayers, not just the ones that can happen without supernatural help. Why is it bad tho? Because of all the time humans waste in prayer when that time could be used studying and learning. We will cure cancer, not an imaginary sky daddy.

Maria Acosta Science and the medical community has known for decades and centuries where illness comes from. It isn't the devil, if it was from him he would just give everybody cancer. Look, if you want to be religious fine, but when you literally ignore scientific truth in all form, you prove willful ignorance. You're making a claim that not only isn't proven, but violates what we know as absolute truth. There is no devil doing this, and even if there was a devil he is absolutely pathetic at destroying humanity. It would be that hard, and your devil takes the most convoluted path possible. It's nonsense.
Chris Skora I think you are right, "the devil" does try to steal your chance to know God with being nonsensical... school shootings, rapists, molesters, etc don't make sense to people with love in their hearts. I think science is amazing but limited. Is love just Oxytocin? Do we just bond with our families because we're a social species? But science for me is example of Gods miracles. To me, oxytocin is PROOF of love and something bigger and spiritual working in us. I happen to think it's God. Sociopaths lack certain brain chemistry... again, is it just chemicals? OR could there be a lack of good? Is darkness not an absence of light? I dunno... anyway... I'm on a thing... this message has nothing to do with what the other ppl wrote.. I just thought hmmmmm... to what you wrote. Thanks!

I listen to so many different preachers, and prophets, that I haven't listened to you in awhile; but the Lord led me to this message, and I am grateful to Him for it, and to you....you are a great teacher of the word Joyce. I"ve always stood up for you when people tried to say bad things about you out of their ignorance in believing anything they see or hear on here....they don't seem to realize how easy it is for someone to doctor these video's and make someone say about anything! I wont faith that dont wavier, to ask God for healing of my body,and many other that i Pray for , what should I do to recieve faith without doubting.
Read the bible... Listen to uplifting music and pray... Watch uplifting Christian movies. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you. Remember his promises. It may seem hard at first but trust me.... All of these will help and the more faith you have the more the devil will put doubts in your mind and reasons to doubt. The reasons in your mind... Do not claim them and take credit for them. Say "I cast down all fiery dots" look up different prayers for your doubts and use them. Look up different information on your situations and how the devil attacks this is called "seeking God" focus on all of this and you'll grow strong...and you'll know you're growing because the devil will start throwing more and more doubts at you. Don't be afraid to pray as much as you need to and cry out to Jesus :) hope this helps and I'm speaking from experience lol

Marian White Jesus already took your sicknesses away (by His stripes you've been healed).. Just lay claim unto what belongs to you by faith, and you will have it. Faith is not something to ask God for. Everyone has been given a measure of faith. You just have to exercise yours so that it could become stronger. But while exercising your faith, ask God to help you overcome any form of doubt. God bless you. I love you.

Praise JESUS!! First time listening to Joyce here on UA-cam.....unbelief can come through making many poor decisions in our lives but even then my favorite scripture in such self-imposed affliction from disobedience and or rebellion is Hebrews 4:15-16 Having a great High Priest who was tempted in all points as we are and therefore can related to our inadequacies, let us therefore come BOLDLY to the THRONE OF GRACE!!! That we may obtain mercy and find grace in the time of need. Also if I have found that the biggest trigger for backsliding is being under condemnation and religiosity which indicates that I have slipped back into some legalistic mindsets and or dispositions such as perfectionism, black and white thinking, and inflexibilities that only aggravate and strengthens my negative predispositions of the flesh and then once succumbing to those old tendencies one them emerges with much doubt and unbelief. The key is to straighten out your disposition towards God which is the effective way of repentance because it's only when I come to have a better attitude towards myself (defects, shortcomings N habits) that I can allow the grace of God to enter in and EXPEL that utter darkness!! Only then can the spirit of wisdom and revelation can enlighten and dispel all the deceptions that I had been under that brought me in to bondages in the first place!! So dealing with unbelief and faith matters are really in a nut shell matters of the heart!! It's opening your heart to God and to relate to Him based on HIs goodness and faithfulness not mines!! the positive ministry of the Holy Spirit is the key and this can only be commence in our lives when we cease to beat ourselves up! We come to have a better attitude towards ourselves even while we are in process of a better version of ourselves. Amen and Amen!
