Namaz Janaza Ki Dua - Urdu / Arabic Translation - نماز جنازہ کی دعا اردو ترجمہ

Dua for funeral prayer also known in Arabic as الدعاء للميت في الصلاة عليه or Namaz'e Janaza ki Dua is a must-learn piece of supplication for any Muslim who wants to pray funeral Jamat. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) recite this dua while leading funeral prayers. There are different versions of the same Dua but this invocation is for adult males and females.

Namaz e Janaza Dua Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِحَيِّنَا وَميِّتِنَا وَشَاهِدِنَا وَغَائِبِنَا وَصَغِيْرِنَا وَكَبيْرِنَا وذَكَرِنَا وَأُنْثَانَا ا اللَّهُمَّ منْ أَحْيَيْتَهُ مِنَّا فأَحْيِهِ عَلَى الْإسْلاَمِ وَمَنْ توَفَّيْتَهُ مِنَّا فَتَوَفَّهُ عَلَى الْإِيْمَانِ اللَّهُمَّ لَا تَحْرِمْنَا أَجْرَهُ ، وَلَا تَضِلَّنَا بَعْدَهُ
English Translation:
O Allah! Forgive those of us that are alive and those of us who are dead, those of us that are present, those of us who are absent, those of us that are young and those of us that are adults; our males and our females. O Allah! Whomsoever of us you keep alive lit him live as a follower of Islam and whomsoever you cause to die, let him die as a believer.
Roman Transliteration:
Allahumma`ghfir li-hayyina wa mayyitina wa shahidina wa ghaibina wa dhakarina wa unthana wa saghirina wa kabirina. Allahumma, man ahyaytahu minna fa-ahyihi ala`l-islam wa man tawaffaytahu minna fa-tawaffahu ala`l-iman. Allahumma la tahrimna ajrahu wa la taftinna ba’adahu.
Urdu Translation / اُردو ترجمہ :
اے اللّٰه ! بخش دے ہمارے زندُوں اور مردوں کو ہمارے حاضر اور غائب کو ہمارے چھوٹوں اور بڑوں کو، ہمارے مردوں اور عورتوں کو۔ اے اللّٰه ! ہم میں سے جس کو زندہ رکھے تو اسلام پر زندہ رکھنا اور جس کو موت دے تو ایمان کی حالت میں یا الله ہمیں مرنے والے (پر صبر) کے ثواب سے محروم نہ رکھ اور اس کے بعد ہمیں گمراہ نہ کر
