Our family has used Mika products from 2016 and we have the 6 burner cooker by Mika from 2016 and 4 burner cooker by Mika from 2019, everything works perfectly, never been repaired, ovens and electric plates work perfectly too, no hardware has been spoilt, they are sleek and as beautiful as they came, we bought all of them from Naivas Supermarket, but I honestly think that if this whole thing brought confusion, you should return the cooker, top up, and get a washing machine
