Dear Nurses who are planning to come New Zealand, please keep in mind that, the situation has changed a lot. Nowadays it is very hard to find a job. It doesn't mean you will not get job, but it is very hard compared to the earlier stage after the Covid circumstances.

Currently 2500 hours of experience is mandatory. I think you need to do a Batchelor of nursing in nz. You will get course credit and possibly can complete course in 1-1.5 years
