The cushion is very lose, very time pump the cushion comes out. Is it normal or defective?

Therefore, we offer 3 soft, flexible cushions to help you find your perfect fit: Try your standard cushion: Start with the standard 25 mm massage cushion that comes with your Philips Avent breast pump. You can find the size of the cushion on the cushion itself. Try a larger cushion: If the standard cushion is too small, or you prefer stronger suction, you can try the 27 mm power cushion that comes with your breast pump. Order a smaller cushion: If both the standard and larger cushions are too large, try our smaller 19.5 mm cushion. How to clean pump to motor unit transparent pipe?
Hello Rohit. Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you want to know how to clean the tube that connects the Philips Avent Breast Pump Diaphgram and the motor unit. Please follow these instructions: Disassemble the breast pump by unscrewing the bottle from the pump body. Use or store the milk immediately in the refrigerator (up to 48 hours, not in the door) or freezer (up to 3 months). If using an electric pump, unplug it before further disassembly. Carefully remove the white valve, ensuring it remains undamaged, as any harm may affect the pump's functionality. Gently pull the ribbed tab to remove the valve. Clean all parts (excluding the motor unit and adapter) in hot, soapy water or on the top rack of the dishwasher. Clean the valve by rubbing it gently in warm, soapy water; avoid inserting objects into the valve to prevent damage. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us via social media.
