Growing up my friend and I would milk that quote for laughs, but now it hits harder. Cody believes he killed his friend and general.

Ugh, it's crazy how good TCW, Rebels and TBB are, so many good lines and stories!

Right
Cody has always been and always will be my favorite clone. I think Cody is one of the most underrated clones of all time, and I believe he has some of the most pain to deal with that never gets talked about. We all know Cody did what he did because of the inhibitor chip, but he knows what he did. You can tell that when he says “… you have to live with them too.” We all know he was talking about obi wan. The big terrible thing is, is that Cody genuinely believes he killed obi wan. They were really close, even though it maybe didn’t show as much like Rex and Ahsoka. I had been hoping for redemption for Cody for a long time, and when I heard he went awol, I was so happy. I hope we see him again. I also wish we had more with Cody and Obi-Wan and the rest of the 212th. I’ve never truly understood how something so sad could bring me this much joy, but here this video is, and the entire clone wars series with it. We will always remember the clone wars, forever.

i like to think that when Cody eas negotiating with the governor in Bad Batch everything he said was from Obi-Wans influence

It sucks there’s not much tributes on Cody since he’s had such little screen time and story in the films/shows but I’m grateful you made due and made this peak tribute dedicating to Commander Cody

I think the clones story are sad , if you watch rebels , the obi wan miniseries , you know what happens to them . They are force to retire and are treated like civilians rather then heroes and loyal soldiers to the empire and republic. They are replaced with regular people . Imagine your whole life , all you do is kill and you see your brothers die all around you and then you kill your Jedi general not because you want to but because their is a chip in your head forcing you too . Then you are force to retire to a average life which I bet most clones couldn’t adept to the civilian life because all they know is killing and fighting . Rip to all clones who died during the clone wars and galactic civil war . This is a member of the 501 legion .
