I have a genuine question for the hosts of this podcast: after decades of progress, why do you feel the pendulum for queer rights is suddenly swinging backward?

Thank you for your question. The swing backward in queer rights can be attributed to shifts in political landscapes, cultural attitudes, and media representation. Despite decades of progress, challenges like political changes, lingering discrimination, and backlash against LGBTQ+ visibility persist. Our podcast aims to explore these complexities and shed light on ongoing struggles and victories in the LGBTQ+ community. Thanks for watching!

Interesting. You say LGBTQ visibility, implying it's the straight / cis people who are tired of seeing us be out in the open - while I've heard more queer people complain that "other members of the community are making the entire group look bad" while "undoing decades of hard-earned progress."
Anyway, thank you for your sincere response and not turning a discussion into an argument. I wish you and the channel the best of luck.

Pendulum swinging back on LGBTQ rights? I have never once in my life ever clicked on any content like this, but I keep getting it pushed in the algorithm anywhere I look.
