Simple way of life| Spring day in winter time

Hi everyone! Today we stay outside enjoying beatifull weather. We cook a simple meal made from chicken liver and onions, the sweetness of the onions greatly elevates this dish, so I highly recommend using them. While i prepare everything Vladimir is enjoying his time playing with our beloved dog Steluța(Star). We serve the dish at the end with mashed potatoes from our garden and homemade sauerkraut. Îi fain acolo la voi ... Nu-ţi zdrăngăne nici tramvaiul prin faţa blocului... nici nu caţi prin pădure loc de parcare ... nici la teveu nu mai asculţi ştiri cu publicităţi (al meu s-a stricat de 3 ani şi l-am înlocuit cu un acvariu ... Lopată de zăpadă estem ?
