Yes!!
Salmon filets: marinate overnight with fresh dill, garlic, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Wrap in parchment paper and bake for 20-25 min at 375F!
Couscous: cook as per directions on package. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta. Dress with lemon, maple syrup, olive oil, S&P!
