The design makes this AC a possible alternative to ductless DYI systems. It works great. The remote control could be more visual aid oriented like a backligh design. Follow mfg instructions for care and all and this should be the only AC you need for those of is that don't live in new homes with central AC

Dear Priyo , inside there is Mitsubishi compressor and we use R410-a , next close future we are going to use new gas R32 with lower GWP , machine is 230 V - 50 Hz , and consumption power is more or less 800-850 watt . Have a nice day - Simone

Because the compressor is inside the room, the noise level must be crazy. what is the DB on this units? decibels?
Dear Lyes , of course noise level of Double Duct machine is higher than split unit where compressor is outside , but for many application noise level is acceptable consider noise level ( SPL ) is around 50 dB(A) at 1 meter .

For these units to fit like they do, the compressor must be really small like a small fridge compressor, this means these would not work in the American and Canadian climate very well in summer! The heat load on our buildings here are very tremendous due to the size of our homes and the high summer temps we get here where Europe doesn't usually outside of the Mediterranean get temps as high as we so combined with intense humidity!

Zymbo has a lot of experinece to produce HP and A/C for all the world and we have also good market in USA and Canada for different machine like PTAC machine more popular in this area . Climate condition in USA is really different from North to South and Canada usually is more strong for winter than summer . Coming back to iCOOL , it is small capacity machine 8000 BTU/h = 2346 watt suggested for small bedroom , for Europe climate condition is good for 20 m3 maximum . The machine can work well in Summer until + 43 °C outdoor temperature and to 0°C in winter for heating . When we sell this kind of machine in North of Europe like Sweden where temperature are so strong ( - 20 °C outside ) we suggest to use iWARM model studied for this temperature , this machine can supply +2000 watt heating capacity at -20 °C . I travelled a lot. Never seen this AC. This advertisement was 6 years back.
This unit has no compressor..my info about these things was discovered by a lady mechl engineering studen on her thesis..but now we don't hear about this technology until this unit was commercialized..theoritycally it can be done because the old technology no motor compressor but uses ammonia as a medium of cooling..maybe they have improve the technology as I said the process was simple..if this is effective everything in terms of cost in ac and power consumption will fall down to the lowest cost of cooling...
