9-27-2024 - Fall Colors on the Grand Mesa (loop from and back to Glenwood Springs)

Friday, September 27, 2024, driving a loop from and back to Glenwood Springs, CO by traveling I-70 down to Palisade and then up onto the Grand Mesa by way of the Land’s End Road and then back down CO-65. The leaves were in full fall color up on the Grand Mesa, which made for some good photo opportunities. On the way back to Glenwood Springs, I took the scenic route from Rifle to New Castle after getting gas in Rifle.
