The anti alaising and no more jagged edges with 60fps and ray tracing make it look soo much cleaner, not that much better graphics but they just really enhance what was already there but it was blurry and jagged before.

Honestly the biggest thing for this game will be the quicker response times (because the PS4 version's latency on PS5 was a bit noticable) as well as the smoother frame rate and lighting, it also looks like some textures have been overhauled, which is of course nice

I just got this game as I’ve only now been able to finally get my hands on a series x and I’ve gotta say it’s a big difference on ray tracing. The game looks modern with the mode on and the graphical upgrades this game has help it look that way. Shame you have to pay for the upgrade but it is a really well made upgrade and amazing to finally see ray tracing available on consoles

I'm a little surprised at the amount of people saying there's no real difference aside from higher frame rate. To me it's night and day with how jaggy the last gen versions were. Constant aliasing. Everything visually looks smooth now with little to no flickering. Textures look like they've been improved also. I think it looks great.

Best things imo - higher fps for significantly smoother experience. Especially when driving fast - raytracing makes a graphical difference, even if it's ever so little - chameleon paint in online + faster cars if you upgrade to HSW
It's crazy I remember playing grand theft auto 4 online hanging out at the airport. Fast forward 14 years of games and grand theft auto still feels like a normal daily routine lol

Even now in 2022 this is the best game ever. The story, the characters, the humor. There is nothing they could have done better. It definitely doesn’t feel like a 10 year old game on the PS5. If you have a proper headset you can easily notice that the audio is way better as wel. Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers adds a nice extra feel to the game. If you’re a GTA fan you absolutely need to play this version before GTA 6 comes out. (I prefer fidelity mode for the story mode)

I got this game on PS3 the day it came out, and remember getting a free garage for GTA Online because it didn't work properly for the first month (which sadly didn't transfer over to PS4 with the rest of the save data). I haven't played the story since 2013/2014 before getting it on PS4, so I'm excited to finally play it on PS5 in all of its fake-4K glory!

Even now in 2022 this is the best game ever. The story, the characters, the humor. There is nothing they could have done better. It definitely doesn’t feel like a 10 year old game on the PS5. If you have a proper headset you can easily notice that the audio is way better as wel. Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers adds a nice extra feel to the game. If you’re a GTA fan you absolutely need to play this version before GTA 6 comes out. (I prefer fidelity mode for the story mode)

I got this game on PS3 the day it came out, and remember getting a free garage for GTA Online because it didn't work properly for the first month (which sadly didn't transfer over to PS4 with the rest of the save data). I haven't played the story since 2013/2014 before getting it on PS4, so I'm excited to finally play it on PS5 in all of its fake-4K glory!

My opinion it’s the same game and folks says this looks amazing but they only talking about quality fps and i don’t understand how folks hated the gta trilogy remastered it’s was the same for the uncharted people said it was amazing with the upgraded version im like i see no difference except the fps no hate tho i love gta v but reality it’s the same game with better performance

Easily one of the best games ever made. No wonder Rockstar is taking so long with GTA 6. Over a decade later and this game still holds up really damn well. So good that it can’t be explained in words. Besides, how the hell do you follow up such a legendary game?
