Great review! I was actually looking at this Luffy not too long ago and was considering getting him. Love the updated look with the coat, and the different color pants and sash. Some point in the near future will have to add him to my collection :)
@@MonkeyFigureReviews Definitely! I have seen a couple Grandline men figures that have him in this outfit. If I can't end up getting this for whatever reason, I hope in the future Bandai makes a Masterlise version of this Luffy.
I'm actually planning to pair a Luffy figure with my Boa Hancock Glitter & Glamour Stampede figure. However I'm worried I buy the wrong size which might make either luffy taller/same height with Boa or too tiny. Need to have the perfect difference where Boa is taller but same time doesn't make luffy look like a minion. Do you think this might work or maybe the Masterlie figure?

A lot of differences including scale, figure style and variety of characters. Grandista and maximatic are pretty close in scale but have very little selection of characters. The next biggest lineup is KOA, usually going through the popular guys and often with realistic designs. Lastly the DXF grandline figures are the smallest but have the most characters made. Details are simpler too.
