for the second location, in Canada, one way to tell that it's in Canada and not the US are the parking signs -- they say "2200 - 0400" on them. In the US you would almost never see a street sign using a 24 hour clock like that, here they would use 12 hour clock times with AM and PM.
Another possible clue on the second location was the locomotive near the head of the yard - the two freight railroads of Canada being Canadian Pacific and Canadian National, which operate in different yards and for the most part different track. The locomotive visible here was a CP train. Granted in this case it doesn't necessarily pinpoint a location (both have yards in Regina), but particularly if there hadn't been Regina written elsewhere and visible, it could help filter down to few cities. CP also shares track with the passenger Via Rail across most of western Canada. Great video!
had a mini freakout when i saw tantalus mountain pop up which is in my area of honolulu. great to see Hawai'i get shown every once in awhile on geoguessr! good detective work man!
You’re an absolute wizard man!! The working out on the Honolulu round and the way you immediately knew you were in the right place on the map in malaysia were both absolutely insane 🤯
Great video. Just a note, ‘Regina’ in Saskatchewan isn’t pronounced ‘ra-GEEN-a’ as you were saying it, but rather ‘ra-GINE-a’, with ‘gine’ rhyming with ‘line’ or ‘mine’.
Ah yes, the classic Cape Town-Honolulu conundrum! GGs, was a fun watch
Not even the first time I’ve done that 😂
Incredibly impressive, nice work! Great to watch. :D
Thank you!
