Why you're Not calling before Visiting Site ???
It's first thing to Do ,call Technician For Site details ,site key available or not .
Power available or not .
Yes before visiylting to site NOC has to confirmthat weather its power issue, microwvae issue, fiber issue or IP issue or utlity issue like mcb trip etc
If its power issue than tec should be send to site if their is to on DG if DG @ SITE in manual mode,
If site went down even after DG AUTOMATION then their ahould b dg common fault
Or else need to send MDG
IF M/W issue first NOC has to confirm the rigger and L2 enggnieer whether m/w MDU PINGING OR NOT FROM BOTH END TAKE OF SITE AS WELL AS SITE DOWN END , IF NOT PINGING THEN MDU reset should be given if issue not cleared in ODC then rigger has to chek @Top of tower
If its fiber NOC has to confirm is site isolated due to interface down from both end of the same ring, site is liner then if port down in take off then site will go down
If its IP issue then no need to go for site just call to NOC they will clear it by configuring the same
I worked as Rigger ( short period for training) and DT engineer.
It's very hardworking job, no work life balance.
Sometime have to work 7 days in week, no week off and after all that on the name of salary you will get peanuts.
Well done 🙏🙏 But sometime having problem & sometime not , This is good way to know all hardware at Tower for all operator.
Tough life but also enjoy during the work. This job is only suitable in the young life but after the age of 40 to 45 year old its not recomended. I am also involve in this field.

In Manipur we can't travel to remote sites by 4 wheeler, we travel to remote n hiily sites only by bike.
You should call the technician before reaching the site. Technicians also have their sites to visit on daily basis.

this vedio is very good , i want to share one story , i m circle coodinator of HPH circle , we r looking passive telecom (power) , once i m going to jawalipur kullu H.P. that time a lot of snow had fallen there around 2.5 feet . we r walked 08 KM in the snow .

I have been there done that but then switched to desk job of operating and maintaining mobile switching center . Further didnt liked the environment in telecom . It is so toxic and demanding. So switched in to IT asa softwarwe engg . I have spent 14 yrs in IT now along with 2 train Telecom . Now I am fed up of job itself . Thinking to launch start up.

Ishan sharma mostly there's no fixed working hours in telecom field and practically no hope for fresher aapko phle kaam seekhna padega apne kisi contact se its really tough job with full of adventure aur uske liye khud ko bhi tough hona padta hai 😁

The rigger was not wearing full body harness, which is actually not allowed in VodafoneIdea.
Technician O and M work day and night(it's 24hours duty please try to understand)...I was there in Rjil as technician...I know how it feels

There is no growth in telecom now, this industry already saturated, last year 70,000 engineers lost there job, this year 50-60 engineer lost their jobs & in 2019 up to 30-40 thousand engineer will loose their jobs,
