I like to PvP, and PvE. Usually wearing an Exo Suit nowadays. Unlocking it is easy with no cheats needed anymore, and usually on a server, official or unofficial, I'm not fussed. Single Player is great though, certainly with a guide for any platform be it xbox, ps4, ps5, pc, it's great. Sometimes play MTS, and usually post patch/update. But a survival game needs some community news and that's what I do, giving you the latest on events, small tribes, maybe even fast flyers and primitive plus, usually covering all maps from Island to Genesis Part 2. And one day. ARK 2!

Really its the only truly unique item this year. The Hawaiian shirts have been around, the swimsuits...

@@rabbit0664 I could care less about the chibis, tbh. I already have all the chibis I want. I have a Rex, an Allosaur and a Raptor... all my favorites. I would have a plesiosaur but I don't really like the way water chibis work.

I guess the fisherman's hat is the closest thing I'm going to get to the original survivor hat lol. Honestly everything still looks amazing so this event is about to get crazy

The original survivor's hat was given out back on xbox when you defeated the brood mother for the 1st time, that was back when it spawned in the overworld and it was the only boss in the game
I love how the Inflatable Rex Costume looks. It has wrinkles and everything ! I need to check if it's paintable. Also I need to get a Maewing chibi. But frankly I'm mostly gonna go wild on taming good looking dinos ^_^;
Ugh I wish this event lasted longer. Hopefully in Ark2 events remain a regular part of ingame life, or are even expanded so we have event colors every month or something.

As someone who did years of chibis through ALL the events (I do have a full collection of all the chibis on official pvp up till this event and 2/3 of them are pink), this event is the hardest one to farm new chibis. Imo the easiest effortwise is Easter, 2nd hardest is Christmas. Farming red and yellow rarity ones are a nightmare with this one.
Tbh the astrodelphis chibi looks like a normal astrodelphis
The inflatable skin is fantastic...kept giggling at my tribemate doing everyday things like loading the forge etc.
I wore an inflatable trex costume at a holloween special ed party. It was fun memeing and danceing as an inflatable trex

Thanks for the great info. Also did you ever get the chance to ask the devs about hunt missions on ps4 single player. I told my friend that I'm guessing the hunt missions wont come to single player due to stability issues

I have a private server (gportal) but cant get the holiday crafts... yes i went into my server and activated the summer event and restarted my server and i crafted a normal cooking pot and not S+ but still when i go into it i have no crafting recipes at all. anyone know why?
you should find it in the dashboard under baseoptions/gameplay

Man, I wish I could play right now. Was looking forward to running around with the dino costume on, but single player is still broken. Crashes in the eden biome without fail. Unplayable. There are lots of people with this issue and no word about it from the devs still...
So once Wildcard recognised the singe player crash in the forums, the fixed it quite quickly.
Shame it took them a bloody week to take notice of >:/

It's possible to take a training dummy. Place a female taxidermy skin or switch it to a female character model, then place the skins on the training dummy

@@Raasclark we can also put taxidermy onto training dummy now, then put a saddle on it and the training dummy shows the damage that creature would receive wih that saddle

Do you know how to get the Summer Swirl Taffy ? (the dino candy) In the announcement they said it would be in this event just like it has always had candies in every event. It's not in the cooking pot, do you know how to get it? (the steam summer bash 2021 announcement says it should be in the event)
