Trinitarianism is a man-made doctrine invented by Tertullian. You cannot find the Word HOLY TRINITY in the Bible but "HOLY ONE" (Isaiah 43:15).
They believe in ONE GOD with Three Personalities each one of them is God. It sounds to me like a Three-Headed Monster, ONE GOD With Personalities.
The Bible emphatically says that There is ONLY ONE GOD the Father, there is no GOD the SON, and GOD the Holy Spirit.
John 17:3 The Father is the ONLY TRUE GOD. If you believe that JESUS is GOD but He is not the Father then Jesus would be one of many gods or fake gods since the Father is the ONLY TRUE GOD.
Jesus is not the Everlasting SON but He is the Everlasting Father (Isaiah 9:6) who manifested in the SON of MAN or in the Flesh (1 Timothy 3:16). There is no Eternal SON. The SON had a beginning, He was born of a Woman born under the Law (Galician 4:4) but He who manifested in the SON was from the Days of Eternity (Micah 5:2) and He was before Abraham (John 8:58).
The ETERNAL SON is ridiculous. How many times did GOD mention that "BESIDE ME THERE IS NO GOD"? (Ex Isaiah 44:6) (Isaiah 45:5) and Yet the Trinitarians keep on saying " There is GOD beside HIM and that is GOD the SON and GOD the SPIRIT with Him.
I rather believe the word of GOD than the man Made Doctrine Invented by Tertullian.
You are so far off in what you are saying here. What about Irenaeus and Polycarp? Certainly you have read the things they stated…..being you seem to have Tertullian figured out.
In all fairness with respect to the diversity of thought within current Oneness, there is a multiplicity of understanding within Trinitarianism. Speaking as a Seminary trained Ex UPCI pastor now Lutheran.
After his death the Divine and his glorified body was intertwined and became THE EXPRESS IMAGE OF THE INIVISIBLE SPIRIT OF GOD.
God is exactly what he said he is, ONE GOD, AND HIS NAME IS, IESUOS, NOT YAWEH NOR JEHOVA. THE EQUIVALENTE IN HEBREW IS YESHOUH, AND MEANS SALVATION. JOHN 5:43; ACTS 2:38; 4:12; MATTHEW 1:21-23
The Hypostatic union gave us a Jesus with two natures. But the Bible does not support this. When the Word was made flesh he kept his identity, but became a man. So he was always God. His identity as the divine Logos never changed. However, Jesus did miracles, not by his own divine attributes, but by the Holy Spirit indwelling him. It was the Father working in him by the HS. Jesus, the perfect man, could not glorify himself with his own divine attributes! So when Jesus did not know the time of his return, he really didn't know, and was not just talking out of his human nature. If Jesus' natures were not divided, as Chalcedon claims, then he should have known, right?
In your book, “Against Oneness Pentecostalism”, do you respond to all of the arguments that Bishop Jerry Hayes puts forth in his book “Godhead Theology” ?
I’m currently reading his book and i will be buying your book next.
Christ does. Not have two nature, he had two lives, Divine, ZOE, and human, BIO.
The scripture says Jesus is The mighty God, The everlasting Father
this is how you would say "Eternal Father" in Hebrew and is why it not translated "Father of Eternity" in any major translation. Even the Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament gives the meaning "Father forever" 🤦♂️
It’s funny that you say “presupposed” when trinitarian construct is literally that… all presuppositions… you guys use the Greek to pick whichever synonym better suits your view….
Jesus was both God and human at same time
I in the father and the father in me
In my view it is immaterial how the incarnation is termed, be it manifested in the flesh or manifested as the flesh, the latter of which is denied by many who hold to this Adoptionism concept of the incarnation, tabernacled in the flesh or as the flesh. To me they all essentially carry the same concept. God dwelt IN a human tabernacle he became, thus being both the occupant and the occupancy, in one person. Every person dwells in a human body, and yet every human body is a part of every person. This is my personal view on the matter.
Another very helpful program and needed analysis Michael. You're appreciated !
Thank you for making these videos! I am a former UPC minister who followed everything Dr. Bernard taught and wrote. I've been out of the movement for 2 years and these videos are great at showing the contradictions and errors of the Oneness view of God. I often hate-watch Dr. Bernard's videos so seeing you respond to them is refreshing! Lol
How can we call three persons a HE?
I am trinitarian by the way. This question is for further learning
@@kingdomking10 the same way we can call a single person they? Anti trinitarian btw
I’m right there with you. I try to dismiss it but the pain, trickery and absurdity of it all throws my emotions all over. If I don’t watch myself it puts me in the red. Pastor Mike is a terror for all Oneness and I hope he never lets off of the throttle.
So now you believe in Three Gods like a three headed Monster?
@@lowedmontebon8676 nah God said that you can’t liken Him to anything yet you just likened Him to a three headed monster.
No two natures in scripture
Hello
Jesus is the Messiah
The Son of God
The Son of David
The Son of man
The man God has chosen to be his anointed king
The man God will judge the world through
The man God raised from the dead
Jesus has a God
There is no triune god in scripture
Jesus said the Father is the only true God!
John 17
3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.

Hello
God has called humans “god” in an honorific sense multiple times in scripture
That doesn’t make them GOD
Jesus even mentioned this, ye are gods
Psalm 45/Heb 1:8 is about a human Davidic king, possibly Solomon, then applied to Jesus the ultimate Davidic king
Are you going to tell me Solomon is God too now??
-
You will never find God the Father referring to someone as “my God”
You find Jesus doing it multiple times
You will never find someone referencing “the God of the Father”
You have multiple verses of people mentioning the God OF Jesus
-
God doesn’t have a God
Jesus does have a God
Who is Jesus’s God?
Rom 15
6 that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Cor 1
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,
2 Cor 11
31 The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, he who is blessed for ever, knows that I do not lie.
Eph 1
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,
Eph 1
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him,
Col 1
3 We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you,
1 Pet 1
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
Rev 1
6 and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Rev 3
12 He who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God; never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name.
John 20
17 Jesus said to her, “Do not hold me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.”

You said:
"God has called humans “god” in an honorific sense multiple times in scripture
That doesn’t make them GOD
Jesus even mentioned this, ye are gods"
> Humans did not claim to be the Alpha and the Omega and the Owner of heaven!! Yeshua indeed claims it "I am the Alpha and the Omega" & "My kingdom is not of this world."
Yeshua CONSISTENTLY states throughout the gospels that He is the ONLY OWNER OF HEAVEN: "The Father loves the Son and has given ALL THINGS into His hand."
"When THE SON OF MAN comes with HIS HOLY ANGELS [The Father is missing], He shall sit upon the throne of His glory. Before Him shall be gathered all nations. He SHALL SEPARATE them one from another as a shepherd divides his sheep from his goats.
He shall set the sheep on His right hand, and the goats on the left."
Thus, Yeshua WILL DECIDE YOUR FATE, NOT GOD "The Father judges no man, but has TURNED OVER ALL JUDGMENT to the Son."
Yeshua has thus got a PRIVILEGE OVER GOD: He only decides.
If He has a privilege over God, this means He must be GOD too (Hebrews 1:8-12). 👌👌👌
