- Took a trip to my favourite place on earth~ This trip was so long ago now that I’m starting to feel like maybe it’s irrelevant 🥲 nonetheless, I hope you enjoy my day at Disney Sea winter edition. In many ways it was different from summer, which until now is the only time I’ve ever visited. If you’ve been to Disneyland in Japan before, let me know which park you like better!

I think it’s a Japan thing as we noticed the same with USJ. My only other Disneyland to compare it to is Paris, and I’ve never seen people do the whole matching outfits and get really into there like in Japan. People tend to just get headbands. No idea about in the states though!
That’s so interesting! I went to USJ many years ago and so you’re right, it might be a cultural thing vs an overall Disney fan thing

OMG DISNEYSEA! I went back in summer of 2019 and I was blown away by the park. It's SO UNIQUE from other Disney parks, and I think everything is firing on all cyllinders. The merch is great, the food is great, the rides are great, and the THEMING? The Little Mermaid area is also my favorite, I think it's design is AMAZING. I've been debating on going back to Disney the next time I'm in Japan, but I'm torn between going back to Disneysea or going to Tokyo Disneyland... Which one would you recommend?
RIGHT? ITS ALL SO GOOD😭 honestly also love Disneyland but in general I would say Disney sea you’ll see more adults but land more families. I do really miss seeing the Cinderella castle in Disneyland though that next time I’ll probably go visit there… in conclusion both are so worth it haha but if you haven’t been to land then definitely go, there’s a few new areas they’ve built recently too like the beauty and the beast section
