- Here's a look at Agent Helix from GI Joe Classified. A strange issue popped up when I opened this package. The figure was warped on the knee. Doing a bit of research, it was a well known issue. Thankfully, Hasbro customer service stepped in and was able to send a replacement. So I do a review (of sorts) to the rest of the figure and point out what I like about Agent Helix.

Missed this one. Ill probably pick it up just cuz. Oh, somewhere i sent you my phone #, if at all possible when this Hasbro pulse premium stuff comes out that i always miss, if i paid you cost plus shipping plus a little bit more could you grab one for ke. I missed the Ferrett and Vamp so this keeps happening.
Don't feel bad about it. Welcome to the club. It's very dis-hearting to receive a sub-par item that you've paid your hard-earned money for. Its a set-back! You be like "Oh, great, now I gotta pack it back up, scan the qrc or print the return label and go to the UPS store on my day off" and shit! On the real. Super-glue is out of the question! I want what I paid for! Yep, it's a pain in the ass that one should be compensated for. Because these fawkin' things ain't cheap! The bright side of it all, is at least you'll have something to show for your money in another 20 years whilst cleaning out your closet. So yeah, *RETURN THAT SHIT* ! They have inconvenienced YOU, not the other way around!
Yeah, it was a bummer. Luckily they had the same fig and I got a perfect Helix after waiting some time with the shipping
