May be the best outdoor video I've seen in awhile, hammock and bag review, 3 ways of cooking on a fire and beautiful scenery...literally something for everyone
REI or Amazon sells those belt pouches, they connect to your belt with Velcro. They also sell bottle water holders for your shoulder belts. Amazon is where I got most of my gear. They had the lowest prices then anybody.
I wore a osprey Atmos 65 liter pack. That pack I could not feel on my back. Hiked a few trails with 55 pounds of bricks in it, to get used to the weight. The bottom was packed tight, but the top section i had packed mush looser on the AT trail. I'm a tent person. My camping tent is a MSR elizer. My backpacking tent is a big Agnes. Forgot the model, then I use my quilt was in rated to -15 degrees. Under that is my Thermorest neosir mattress. It's rated very high. I forgot the rating. My stove is a jetboil with the coffee press. And my camping stove is a Coleman 2 burner propane stove. For both types of hikes I carry at least one more just in case of a emergency.
The next time you need to go to REI and get fitted for a backpack. It does not cost anything. I'm a big man lie you, but much taller. I stand at 7'3" tall, when I stand up. Also buy yourself some calf hight rubber boots. Had a set when I hiked the Florida Trail back in 2016. Before I had my leg removed below the knee. Then back in 2017, one year after having my leg removed, I was on top of Springer Mountain in Georgia.
Also, for me I need to know what campsites stonecrops or Ocala forest and jenny forest is there any campsites for people in wheelchairs. I can't walk far anymore. I'm up to about 50 feet before I have to sit back down
Do you not need a bug net in winter? I wouldn’t use one in the north but I’m not used to FL camping yet. Will be doing my first trip to a state park 24th-27th.
Good stuff as always
Thanks so much
that's really wild nature life.

Personally I don't use a bug net when the temps start dropping. If it's gonna be lower than 60, no need in my opinion!
