RAIN FOREST RESORT, IGATPURI - New Year's First Trip

So recently we went on a 2 days trip to Igatpuri. We stayed in Rain Forest Resort, here's a tour of it !
My feedback about the stay in Rainforest resort :
1) 2/3kms road to the resort is too bad.
2) Bedsheets & pillow cover were very dirty. Rooms didn't look clean. Fan & AC were not working properly. Our first day got totally ruined because of all this.
3) First day's lunch was not good at all... But after complaining, there was improvement in it.
4) Intercom wasn't working, after it got replaced, whenever we called in reception or restaurant, majority time nobody answered the calls ! We ourselves had to go there.
5) But view wise, the resort is beautiful. Loved the scenic beauty.

Pathetic visiting this place for the second time a room with a gutter view .....this place keeps on getting worse ...no option to add pics .....the elevator is an open elevator
