My Kohls here in S.C. is the same way. Here it is Jan.8th. I think people went for clothing and necessaties this year and Kohl's is always really slow at clearing seasonal out over 50 percent anyways. What are they waiting for? Target and Walmart cleared theirs out at 75 and 90 off by New Years and quite frankly they don't have the markup that Kohls does. They have some really cute things though.
Same way in Delaware. Their prices and date to clearance out is 1 12. They wait around on going 70 off. I bought ua hoodies from them. A few vera wang sweaters for mil mom sil dil and aunt.
