Just started to watch soa 2 weeks ago. And i absolutely love it!!! Never thought i could love another series the same way i love Breaking bad. Hell, i was wrong!!!
mrscorpion-_-217 Dude, breaking bad and SOA are two completely different types of shows. People are always comparing breaking bad, a man that has cancer and decided to start cooking meth, to SOA, a story about a motorcycle club. Both shows are great in their own style and story
This part of the series made me come on here and watch 2 hours worth of documentary footage on Michael Collins . I'm not really fascinated with Irish history and have found out I had relatives involved in the struggles .
TheKonsy that's great to hear I'm Irish and it's great to see people take an interest in our history makes you see that England aren't as amazing as the media make you think.
Thatzombiesplayer I meant to say I am fascinated with Irish history now . I am half Irish but I've never been . My second name is Sweeney on my mum's side and I have found out I have links to people involved in The Troubles.
@@TheKonsy im from ireland.. matter fact im 30mins away from where the troubles where.. TRUST ME its a great compliment to an Irishman when a man from a foreign land takes the time to read into irish history and see how the british treated us. This band is called black 47... thats the year of the Irish famine.. theres a movie of the same name, search the trailer im sure youll lile it my man
@@dizzyjackal8079 I was going to skip my high school graduation to spend all week at Chicago's Irish festival at Gaelic Park. My parents and I struck a deal, I'd get to see Black 47 and then go to the graduation. That was back in 2002. Pity we can't get the rebel bands in like they did back in the 80s and 90s.
Never knew Paula Malcomson was on SOA pre Ray Donovan, she was just as good in SOA but as Abby Donovan she steals the show in the scenes she was in on RD, and Zoe Boyle (Who plays Trinity) is my favorite kinda chick: Redheaded Irish :)
Definitely my favorite scene from the show. As an American with Irish ancestry who made the journey there once, seeing it appear over the horizon from the Irish sea and setting foot on the beautiful homeland of my ancestors was an indescribable feeling, such a cool scene to see them riding through the home land with this amazing song.
@@johnkeane2620 actually I believe Michael Collins is considered a traitor by quite a lot of Irish people? Some of my Irish friends think he's both a hero and a traitor since he did good and bad things for the republic
Well I can assure you, living in Ireland all of my 36 years on this planet I have not met anyone in Ireland that considers him a traitor. He is held aloft such high esteem and honor throughout the country. To call him a traitor is a discusting attempt at trying to blacken his name. Civil war politics died in this country a good 70-80 years ago.
The footage of Samcro on motorcycles were shot in california. The aerial scenes without facial reconition are in ireland with basic body doubles. My friend was an extra in multiple seasons in the show including this one.
A couple of scenes were filmed in Belfast indeed. Especially the execution of Liam. That has been filmed in the harbour area of Belfast. But what you've seen in that clip was filmed a wee more into the northern direction. The scene at the coast was close to Coleraine. They went straight ahead at the junction (which doesn't make any sense at all coz when you're heading towards Belfast you have to turn right, passing Ballymena which brings you next into the county Antrim and you'll finally blaze into Belfast (Kick arse fuckin town though). But to stay fair... S'just a tv show.
did they some how go back in time when they went to belfast? this shit looks like its set in the 80's no one has houses that outdated in ireland and the accents are fucking horrific
I'm from Canada but grew up in Belfast and can unequivocally call bullshit on your absolute nonsense unless you have lived in both countries you are talking absolute fucking nonsense
still the song that stood out the most for me, in the entire series.
I have the album “Home of the Brave” (on CD and downloaded mind you).
This one and hey hey my my
one of the best moment of the series!
I 100% agree brother!
funniest bit was when jacks tried to fuck his sister
Totally agree with you!!

Кто с 2021…? Какой сезон и какая серия? Где эта песня начинается?
Who all still see this video SoA rules 🙏
I just realised the song is about a traitor and it's playing during the first scene where we see McGee and O'Neill...coincidence? I think not!
Your wrong. The song is about Michael Collins, not a traitor. Please learn some history before spouting nonsense online

Was the charter of Belfast the only charter out of the U.S?
No they have other charters in England ,Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Russia and other countries also
I honestly think it was the worst series because apert from the riding scenes they didn’t actually film it it Ireland
