Strong Mummy,i was once a mum of a cerebral palsy kid,but unfortunately she died at 10yrs,i thank God coz I believe He believe in me for blessings me with such a kid....
That's true once ukubali alafu usifiche mtoto.. mpende kabisa and never see the condition as a challenge.. my son too had cp but sionangi I remember it nikiskia story kama hii.. he's now 7yrs ndo anajaribu kuongea.. kutembea ameimprove but sio Ile stable.. he's a miracle to me nampenda sana. It's via God's favour and a blessing to just have a child no matter the condition.

Ms Carol be encouraged my daughter has the same condition she just turn 11yrs , I was in denial at first, I didn't want to talk about it for 2yrs but once I got healed I talk about her, I go with her everywhere, I dress her like a princess coz she is one. She is a beautiful and blessed girl.

Carol you are a strong woman. When I listened to this story some days back, I got encouraged. After that, I decided to encourage and inspire parents and caregivers with kids with special needs me being a mother of two special kids. I featured in a Daily Nation last Saturday, 17th October 2020.

Mad love my sister. My son has autism too n I was even thrown out by a landlady one time eti my son is making noise n she feared she would lose tenants. We are the chosen n blessed ones to care for these angels.

My boy walked when he was 2years and 3 months.And he talked when he was 4 years and 2 months.
God is always faithful,today he is 13 years and you can't notice anything.God is with you.

I was encouraged by this talk from Carol. My brother has a child who is cerebral. She is about 26 years old but she can't feed herself and talk but i love her so much.

Carol,. Thank you for relating to me. I have my first son who was born through invitro fertilization in 1004. I'm his loving dad and we've loved each other all this years. He's going to become 17yrs. carol i can relate I had a brother who had cp who made our lives change... my mum resigned from her job and lives became difficult but God took him away from us and its diffcult for us to cope without him, lucky u your mum was on your side

Thanks Carol for sharing your story. Mumbi will grow into one beautiful successful girl. Your story reminds me of a young man I used to teach who has down syndrome, he was such a jovial young man, very loving and funny. Could not communicate well but had a way of passing message.

Thanks for sharing, it's Soo inspiring. It's true lots of marriages has failed due to rejection of special kids. Am a victim, my ex_ husband once told me 'they' don't give birth to special need kids, mind you my son is ok but has delayed milestone( he does everything by his own now just celebrated 5th birthday), and that's how my 7yrs marriage edd. May God bless all mothers who stand strong with their kids aminds of million challenges.
