Mam let us know how we can recognise recovery in Bell's palsy?like after a month if while trying to move affected area I feel tickling of ear . Could that be positive sign of recovery or not?
please respond to this as I need advice! I have had bells palsy for a month now! i have done some excercises everyday but its not improving. What should i do? should i keep going with the facial exercises or just massage it and wait for a few weeks and then when natural facial recovery starts I can do facial exercises? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
