@@CreateWithPennies agree, when i set up my shopify i paid someone because i had the money and i dodnt have the time. Now I'm working on a new brand with my travel content so I'm fixing my beacons to make them more professional. I really want to get into digital downloads so this helps.

I have a few videos on my channel about creating digital products but I can do some updated ones! It can be any size, it really depends on the product you are making and how it will solve a problem for your audience.
Can we add some text after listing each product? For instance, the first header says - shop ebooks and then after that there is a divider that says ‘shop templates’ etc. How to divide the products with separate headings? Please guide.

You can still sign up and start selling products! You could promote in other ways or just be ready once you do start any social channels.

Did their payment go through? That can sometimes cause the issue. Otherwise I'd check with Beacons support.

Could you please provide us with the location you are reporting this issue from? Are you able to access the site when you are on a VPN? It may also potentially be an issue with your Internet Service Provider. I asked Beacons.ai support and they recommended trying a different browser or using mobile data.
