You are so tempting me. I so want to smell like a night club. This is so good. Maybe I walked by Hedi Slimane at the Limelight or another club in NYC in the nineties... It was my full time job LOL.. I was in college at FIT but that's what you did exactly. It felt so organic and amature-ish. Like when you see those disposable camera photos, that's how I actually remember it- all about the musicians and the scene. You look really good in those jeans, I'm so here for all these heritage items that are 70s and left bank. You are so right about the distinctiveness that he brings and the vibe. I just love it. I've been curious about the Hermes line of perfumes. I went down a rabbit hole after I saw your scarf, & was looking at their current scarves. They're beautiful works of art! I then stumbled on their perfumes. Some of the descriptions sounded so beautiful, but I would need to smell them myself. Do you think they would make samples for new customers that are interested? Remember those little 1 oz. vile samples that were given out at department stores back in the day? Something like that.
Hermes does samples and it wouldn't hurt to ask. For one Christmas I got David H24 and I also got a sample. I forget the name, but I also remember falling in love with an Hermes fragrance I tried at Sephora that had a fresh citrus scent. I wish I knew the name. I know they also have discovery sets as well.
