I agree with Alex. The puzzle nature of the Loop is very satisfying and entertaining. The variability and intricacy in the game gives it vast replayability! Love "The Loop"! "Endangered" would be about Co-op with a lot of decision making that I enjoy.
We just got our first win in the Loop! It's a tough game, especially with two players, but it's so fun even when you lose. It's a goofy, pretty simple to understand game with a really great theme.
Agree with everything except player count. I find this game best at 3 player. Yes, you may have more turns / actions at 2 player but mostly your actions are wasted just moving to get closer to the action especially early on, up until the point the board is flooded with red cubes and its too late to do anything much about it. 3 player far more enjoyable imo. Cheers.
I found The Loop to be okay, I ended up selling it after two plays. Just didn't hit the table over other co-ops. The humour and references were my favourite parts of the game
How do you compare The LOOP with Paleo? Both coop are around the same weight and came out around the same time and I feel The LOOP gets significantly less praise than Paleo, apart from a few reviewers.
too puzzle for me... I watch some gameplay and is kind of booring but is, as you said, a game that kind of game you enjoy... I need to fight something to really enjoy a game usually.
Great Video! The Loop is a favorite for sure!
You gotta get the stickers for the pawns.

You got me with the Vindication comparison. I’m putting this on my list. Thanks!
It's so much fun!
I really enjoy this game got it at gencon when it came to the US. Glad you like it as well 😃
I just picked up the base game - looks like it’s right up my alley 😄
I love this game very much
Hi Alex, thanks for the great review. Out of curiosity, did it hold the test of time? Happy Rosh Hashana :)
If I'm headed out to get a brand new co-op today, should I go with the loop or Paleo?

Oh man, I really enjoy it.
which other co.ops? thanks
I love this game, too!
Glad you do :)
Interesting to hear your thoughts on this one. I thought it was a really great game, but I found the deck-building to be a little too random.
Agreed on the deck building, I don't view it as a deck builder, I view it as a different puzzle.
@@BoardGameCo yeah, it definitely has a great puzzly nature!
Ty for the video!
Absolutely :)
Ohhh it sounds sooo nice😀

Having played both, I prefer the Loop. I would gladly play the Loop again but have no interest in playing Paleo again

The art style just does not pull me in.
interesting! can we compare this to Aeon's End??
